Why God made love
God created love so spring could last the whole year through,
So days would be forever bright and skies forever blue…
He chose to give the world this gift, that only He could give,
So we would have love’s warmth and joy to share each day we live…
Yes, God created love to make our dearest dreams come true,
To keep our hearts forever young, our hopes forever new…
But most of all, God bless our lives with His great gift of love
To make the world we live like a bit of Heaven above.
